Milestone PyInstaller 1.4

This milestone is basically to release a much improved version with several bugfixes, and the branding new Mac OSX support.

• Relative/absolute imports
• Mac OSX: one-file and one-dir mode
• Mac OSX support: create bundle for windowed applications
• Linux: improved cross-distribution compatibility (eg: build on Ubuntu, run on Fedora)
• Ctypes intelligent support for dependent binaries (CtypesDependencySupport?)
• eggs: support .egg-files
• Support for signing executables on Windows
• Full PyQt support (including automatic tracking of plugins)
• Full matplotlib support
